Law School Postgraduate Taught Scholarships for International Students in UK

There are many international scholarships at the United Kingdom for the candidates who wish to take up law as a Postgraduate Taught scholarship in Warwick School of law.  Some of them are listed and explained below.

All the above mentioned scholarships belong to the Warwick school of law. The general instructions for the above scholarships are almost similar. The candidates are advised to go through the general instructions before applying for the scholarships.


General Instructions for applying scholarships at Warwick School of law

1.       The candidate must already hold an offer of study from the School of Law. He / She must b able to meet the minimum English requirements by the end of March 2015.
2.       The candidates should have an outstanding academic performance in the law or a related subject degree will be considered.
3.       The relevant work experience is also appreciated.
4.       No separate application is needed for the school of law at Warwick school of Law.

General Scholarship

This scholarship is for the availability of all taught LLM programmes. The scholarship can be utilised by any of the country candidates and not restricted to any of the countries. The number of scholarships is around eight. The scholarship amount for the 5 awards is £5000 and the amount for  the rest of the 3 awards is around £3000.

Upendra Baxi Scholarship

The scholarship is in name of Emeritus professor Upendra Baxi Scholarship. The availability of scholarships is for the all taught Law LLM Postgraduates. The scholarship amount is £5000. The scholarship number is around two. The eligible candidates are the residents of South Asian countries.

Latin American Scholarship

The scholarship is for the nationals of the Latin American countries. The scholarship is for the all taught LLM programmes. The scholarship amount is 50 percent of tuition fees (approximately £8000).

African Scholarships

The scholarship is for the nationals of African country. The number of scholarship is only one. The African scholarship covers around 50 percent of the tuition fees. The amount of the scholarship is around £8000.

Women of Pakistan scholarship

The scholarship is only a single award for the female candidates and nationals of Pakistan. The amount is 50 percent of the tuition fee which is approximately £8000. The scholarship is provided for all the taught LLM programmes.  

Warwick Law school graduate scholarship


The number of scholarships is around five. The amount is £3000. This scholarship is available to the candidates who have finished their Under-graduation in Law at the Warwick school of Law within the last three years.
