Australia BEL Excellence scholarship for Indian students in Australia

Scholarship details

 

The applications for the India-Australia BEL excellence scholarship is invited from the interested candidates from India by the University of Queensland at Australia. The scholarships are provided to the Indian candidates who aspire to undertake an approved programme in Master’s program in the faculty of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Queensland, Australia. The scholarships are awarded to the candidates depending on the academic excellence of the candidate attracting students from some of the top ranking Indian students. 

Study subjects

The scholarships are provided for the students who wish to take up the Master’s program in the faculty of Business, Economics and Law. 

Course level

The course level for which the scholarship is provided is for the Master’s level programme at the University of Queensland, Australia.   

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate has to satisfy the following scholarship eligibility criteria to avail the scholarship.

1.       The Indian nationals or the citizens of India can apply for the scholarship.

2.       The candidates who have applied and have received an unconditional offer of study at the university for the relevant subjects of study (postgraduate master’s programme) at the University of Queensland, Australia.

3.       The candidates who are willing to commence their program at the university by the month of July.

4.       The scholarship is meant for the students who are high achievers and have outstanding academic records.

5.       The students who are already studying or residing at Australia are not eligible for the above mentioned scholarship. 

Scholarship amount/coverage

The scholarship coverage for the Master’s programme is a full time fee waiver (100% coverage of the tuition fee) for the first three semesters to study master’s program in the faculty of Business, Economics and Law (not including MBA). 

How to apply

The candidate is requested to follow the below method to apply for the scholarship. 

1.       The candidates are first instructed to officially apply for the postgraduate application form meant for the coursework Masters programme by the international students to the International office.

2.       The candidate should receive an unconditional offer of study at the University of Queensland and a unique student ID after the application. The candidate may also have a conditional offer of study if he/she meets the requirements by the closing date.

3.       The candidate has to complete the application form for the faculty of business economics and law and submit the same to the following mailing address of the University of Queensland.
