The France telecom group Orange is offering scholarships at INSEAD Business School in France. The France telecom group is offering these scholarships for the MBA programme at the INSEAD business school in France. The selection criteria for these MBA scholarships are financial need and the knowledge of the French language. Telecommunication knowledge is an added advantage. The students from merging countries are eligible to apply for these scholarships.  

The French telecom Orange is to support the candidates for financial support and pursue a career in telecom in one of the regions where Orange operates. 

Study subjects

The scholarship is offered to the students of emerging countries to pursue Business administration programme at INSEAD Business School. 

Course level

The scholarship is provided to the students from the emerging countries to pursue the Master’s level MBA programme. 

Eligibility criteria

The candidate has to satisfy the below eligibility criteria to avail the INSEAD Orange endowed scholarships. 

1.       The students from developing emerging countries such as Brazil, Armenia, Egypt, Romania, Russia, Niger, India, Kenya, Slovakia, South Africa, Central African Republic, Dominican Republic, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and Uganda will be considered for the scholarship.

2.       The preference for the candidates will be given to those who have demonstrated the need of financial support. Knowledge of French and Telecommunication domain would be an added advantage.

The scholarship provider for the INSEAD Orange scholarships is the France Telecom Group ORANGE.

Scholarship Open for students of following countries

The scholarship is open for the students belonging to the following regions namely Brazil, Armenia, Egypt, Romania, Russia, Niger, India, Kenya, Slovakia, South Africa, Madagascar, Moldova, Central African Republic, Dominican Republic, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and Uganda.  The students from these regions are only eligible for the above mentioned scholarship.

The number of awards for the scholarship is not known yet.

The duration of the scholarship is also not known. 

Scholarship amount

The scholarship amount given is up to €20,000. The scholarships provided to the students will encourage the students to pursue their career in the field of telecommunication in one of the regions where Orange operates.

Selection criteria

The main criteria for selection are the financial need of the students. 

Notification

The notification is sent to the candidates for round 1 and round 2 by the mid of October. The rounds 3 for the candidates will be announced by the end of October. The selection done is for the December intake.
