PAIS-India Scholarship for Master Students at University of Warwick in UK

Scholarship details

 

The PAIS (Political and International studies) is offering full time scholarship programme for one single candidate to enter into an MA programme in PAIS commencing in October 2014. All the applicants must submit their applications within the deadline. The successful candidates should accept the offer of study at the University of Warwick at the United Kingdom. 

Study subjects

The scholarship is provided to study and learn any of the courses available at the University of Warwick at United Kingdom.

Course level

The course level is for obtaining the master level of the course. 

Scholarship Provider

The candidates are provided with the scholarship by the PAIS (Political and International studies) of Warwick.

The scholarship can be taken only at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. 

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate has to satisfy the below mentioned eligibility criteria to avail the PAIS scholarship. 

1.       Only Indian candidates are eligible on the PAIS MA programmes. The scholarship is offered for all the double degree programmes of MA (Warwick year only as mentioned)

2.       The candidates should be a regular resident of India.

3.       The diploma pursued candidates are not eligible for the position.

4.       The candidate should have applied for the course and must have paid their application fee.

5.       The candidates are asked to apply for the scholarship after or along with the application form for the interested course of study.

6.       The credentials, references and supporting documentation for the university application should reach the university before the application deadline.

7.       The interested candidates who have applied should get shortlisted and have an offer at hand to avail the scholarship.

8.       The candidates can also apply for other scholarships and funding agencies. But if the scholarship is availing a major funding from a scholarship provider (such as the Warwick international office scholarship) , the PAIS scholarship will be disqualified.

Scholarship Open for 

The scholarship is open for the students of India. Only Indian students can apply for this scholarship.

Only one scholarship is provided by the provider PAIS. 

Duration of awards

The duration of the scholarship is for the entire period of the course of study. 

Scholarship coverage/amount

The scholarship value for the above mentioned scholarship is of full fee scholarship meaning that the scholarship is full fee waiver for the candidate who avails it.  

Selection criteria

The selection criteria for each application are based on the following details.

1.       Excellent academic records

2.       Case for support should be outstanding.

3.       Relevant and interested candidates attributes such as extracurricular activities, background and other work experiences.

4.       The quality of the application statement ( such as whether the article is well articulated, engaging etc)
